Inquiring and obtaining permits, if applicable.
Taking, posting and advertising photos of items for sale.
Setting up a date and time for sale.
Staffing and running the sale.
Disposing of contents after sale, including items to donate, with input from the client.
Home will be left broom swept and ready for realtors.
